Oregon Trail Vacation
This was an assignment for a storyboarding class that required the use of dialogue. In this scene, a family of Oregon Trail travelers accidentally make a wrong turn. Audio from National Lampoon's Vacation (1983).
Pterosaur Tussle
Two pterosaurs brawl in the air after one of them steals the other's egg. This was for a storyboarding assignment where we had to use 3D models to showcase an action sequence. Given my interest in dinosaurs, I figured I would have some fun coming up with an airplane-esque chase sequence featuring prehistoric animals.
Monkeying Around
After finding out someone stole his cymbals, two monkeys have a little argument about who touched the drumset. This was one of my first storyboarding assignments, and it was required to use dialogue. Audio from Step Brothers (2008).
The Duel
The Duel is a 2D animated short I directed about a hare and a coyote partaking in a Western duel with music. I was in charge of directing a team of 10, creating the storyboards, and ensuring that the animatic was timed with the music we had. Music - Dueling Banjos by Eric Weissberg and Steve Mandell
